PrintIt looks like Rich will be ready sooner than we thought. This is a nice fight in addition to St. Pierre and Serra. If Henderson wins in March, and Franklin wins this, Franklin is probably going to be well on his way to another title shot.
The Montreal show may be stacked. Shogun's return is rumored for that show, though it could be moved up to UFC 82 to make up for the loss of Franklin.
