you missed one -- Hermes Franca announces he's going to get killed by Sherk in the later rounds:

Hermes Franca: My cardio is just because I never run. People ask me -- they get so surprised. I can't run five miles. If I run one mile, I need two days' rest (laughs). What I like to do is just fight and train.

Hopefully he's just kidding and trying to lull Sherk into a false sense of security. But if this is what he's really doing, Sherk has a pretty easy gameplan -- win at least one of the first three rounds, avoid an early KO or sub and crush Franca in the 4th and 5th.
